RED STAR SOCCER CLUB 2024/2025 PROGRAM SUMMARY
The Red Star SC micro philosophy is to create a healthy and fun environment, that allows each player to grow as a positive human being, student and soccer player. Our focus is teaching the fundamentals of soccer in a positive environment that emphasizes creativity. Each session will be high in energy, fun, and have positive coaching. Red Star SC coaches will encourage players to express themselves and make their own decisions.
Micro is in the Fall and Spring
What separates Red Star SC Development League from other recreational programs is its implementation of a specialized teaching curriculum that prioritizes player learning, development, and FUN. A professional staff has developed an age-appropriate teaching curriculum for players and a coaching education for staff, allowing the league to provide an alternative to other recreational programs that simply offer just a place for players to play and little professional development for coaches. (NO TRAVEL, NO WEEKENDS AND NO TRYOUTS)
Development League is in the Fall and Spring
In its continuous efforts to build a strong club foundation, Red Star SC has created its Academy – Future Stars Program for boys and girls with birth years of 2018, 2017 and 2016. The Future Stars Program is part of Red Star SC Academies and is designed to prepare young players for competitive soccer at a minimal cost. An experienced professional staff will follow a training curriculum that is FUN, innovative, and challenging – focusing on player development over game results. Interested players sign up. Future Stars is a 10-month program – Fall, Winter (optional) & Spring
Red Star SC is excited to announce the continuance of “Pass Back to Our Community” for the 2024/2025 soccer season. We will be offering 10U (2015 birth year) FREE for the 2024/2025 soccer season. In the programs inaugural year, it brought in over 50 players, allowing us to field five teams at the 10U age group! The mission for “Pass Back to Our Community” is to provide families the opportunity to experience a club environment and receive professional coaching by eliminating the financial obstacles to play club soccer.
This program will be offered to both boys and girls with a 2015 birth year! These teams will run the same as our competitive programs (11U-19U). Teams will have two team practices a week (with an optional third), as well as participation in Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) league games on the weekends.
This program is for players who are ready to move on from recreational soccer into a curriculum based on FUN while focusing on the developmental of skills and techniques. We prioritize DEVELOPMENT over winning.
We offer a high level of training and a curriculum offered by experienced professional coaches with a focus on player development. The training program is unmatched for preparing the youth player for higher-level competitive programs.

Red Star SC offers the competitive program to boys and girls with birth years of 2014, 2013, 2012, and 2011 that are ready to move from academy soccer into a more competitive environment. We offer a high level of training and a teaching curriculum led by experienced professional coaches with a focus on player and team development. We strongly believe that the competitive program is the best development option for players looking to play in high school, but also players wanting to EXCEL. Interested players must participate in a tryout process that occurs in June of each year.
Competitive is a 10-month program – Fall, Winter (optional) & Spring

Red Star SC offers the High School program for boys and girls to provide the greatest opportunity and exposure for players to compete at an elite level. We offer a high level of training and a curriculum led by experienced professional coaches with a focus on player and team development. Our focus on player development is an ideal preparation not only for HIGH SCHOOL, but also COLLEGE. Red Star SC provides outstanding team development, which results in teams competing at state, regional, and national competitions. Interested players must participate in a tryout process that occurs in June of each year.

*15U – 8th grade fall & spring + $100
Our professional coaching staff has current college coaches and former professional players creating the best coaching staff in the area. Our current Director of Coaching, Troy Fabiano currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF)“A” license. And it is our dedication to our players that the experience and education they receive is beyond what they would receive elsewhere.
Our coaches have the ability to teach from the basic fundamentals of the game to in-depth strategy and techniques while relaying this information in an easy to understand language for all age levels. They also keep the game fun so your player is enjoying every minute while improving their skill level.
Red Star SC has produced more players that have risen above the club levels and onto playing in college, on US National Teams, and professionally in Europe than any other club in the area.
Red Star SC prepares your player for the next level whether that be moving on from our Recreational Program to furthering their soccer career past High School. Red Star SC provides a professional teaching curriculum that extends from our high school teams down to four years-old.
