At Red Star SC, our micro program is designed to do more than teach soccer—it’s about nurturing confident, creative, and positive young players. Our philosophy centers on creating a healthy, high-energy, and fun environment where kids can grow not only as athletes, but as students and individuals.
We focus on teaching the fundamentals of soccer through engaging, age-appropriate activities that emphasize creativity, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game. Every session is led by positive, encouraging coaches who are passionate about helping players learn, express themselves, and develop a true love for soccer.

Unlike many recreational leagues that simply provide a place to play, our league offers a thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate teaching curriculum that emphasizes learning, skill growth, and enjoyment. Developed by our experienced professional staff, this curriculum supports both player development and coach education, ensuring a higher quality experience for everyone involved.

Red Star SC Future Stars – Where Young Players Begin Their Journey
As part of our commitment to building a strong foundation for the future, Red Star SC proudly offers the Future Stars Program—a year-round developmental academy for boys and girls born in 2019, 2018, and 2017.
Red Star Academy is designed to introduce young players to the game in a fun, innovative, and challenging environment, all at a minimal cost. Led by experienced professional coaches, the program follows a specialized training curriculum that emphasizes skill development, creativity, and confidence—not game results.

Red Star SC – Making Club Soccer Accessible for All
Red Star Soccer Club is proud to continue our groundbreaking initiative, “Pass Back to Our Community,” for the 2025/2026 soccer season! Now entering its fourth year, this impactful program offers FREE participation* for 10U players (birth year 2016)—making competitive soccer more accessible to families in our community.
In its inaugural year, the program welcomed over 50 players and fielded five full teams at the 10U level—proving there’s a strong demand for high-quality soccer without financial barriers.
This program is for players who are ready to move on from recreational soccer into a curriculum based on FUN while focusing on the developmental of skills and techniques. We prioritize DEVELOPMENT over winning.
We offer a high level of training and a curriculum offered by experienced professional coaches with a focus on player development. The training program is unmatched for preparing the youth player for higher-level competitive programs.
*You must attend a Open House or Training Session to participate in the program.

Join the Red Star SC Competitive Program — the perfect next step for boys and girls born in 2015, 2014, 2013, and 2012 who are ready to move beyond academy soccer and into a high-level, competitive environment.
Led by experienced professional coaches, our program delivers, elite training sessions, a proven player-focused development curriculum and a strong emphasis on teamwork, growth, and performance.
Whether your goal is to play in high school or just to EXCEL on the field, Red Star SC provides the foundation to help you get there.
Competitive is a 10-month program – Fall, Winter (optional) & Spring
*Midwest Regional Conference (MRC) +$175 per player
*Coaches expenses for overnight travel + based on event
Play at the Next Level with Red Star SC!
Red Star SC offers the High School program for boys and girls to provide the greatest opportunity and exposure for players to compete at an elite level. We offer a high level of training and a curriculum led by experienced professional coaches with a focus on player and team development. Our focus on player development is an ideal preparation not only for HIGH SCHOOL, but also COLLEGE. Red Star SC provides outstanding team development, which results in teams competing at state, regional, and national competitions. Interested players must participate in a tryout process that occurs in June of each year. Supplemental tryouts for high school boys are held in late fall (end of October)

*15U – 8th grade fall & spring + $100
Our professional coaching staff has current college coaches and former professional players creating the best coaching staff in the area. Our current Director of Coaching, Troy Fabiano currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF)“A” license. And it is our dedication to our players that the experience and education they receive is beyond what they would receive elsewhere.
Our coaches have the ability to teach from the basic fundamentals of the game to in-depth strategy and techniques while relaying this information in an easy to understand language for all age levels. They also keep the game fun so your player is enjoying every minute while improving their skill level.
Red Star SC has produced more players that have risen above the club levels and onto playing in college, on US National Teams, and professionally in Europe than any other club in the area.
Red Star SC prepares your player for the next level whether that be moving on from our Recreational Program to furthering their soccer career past High School. Red Star SC provides a professional teaching curriculum that extends from our high school teams down to four years-old.
